Interested in trying Ashtanga yoga but don’t know where to begin? Join us for a pop-up intro class to learn the basics of the Ashtanga system including an introduction to the postures, breath, philosophy, and benefits of practice. The interactive format will allow plenty of time for questions and is designed to be accessible for all. You will receive guidance about how to begin your yoga journey in a relaxed and supportive environment. Class is donation based with proceeds benefiting the Trini Foundation.
