Class Etiquette

  • Please inform your teacher of any injuries or conditions that might affect your yoga practice.

  • Personal hygiene and cleanliness are an integral part of practicing yoga. Shower before class and refrain from wearing fragrances. Clean up after yourself and keep your practice space free from clutter.

  • Practice with care and consideration for yourself and others.

  • We are here to support your practice and journey of self-exploration. Never hesitate to ask the teacher for help.

  • Adjustments are utilized in the Mysore room. If at anytime you are uncomfortable receiving a physical adjustment, please let the teacher know. If you would like to completely opt out of physical adjustments that day, there are consent coins on the desk.

  • It is our desire to cultivate a safe space and atmosphere of growth through the yogic principles of non-harm, truthfulness, and acceptance of others. Those that intentionally conduct themselves outside of these principles will be asked to practice elsewhere.
